Chantelle previously worked in a Barossa Valley legal firm undertaking mostly conveyancing and property matters. Working in a rural area, Chantelle was involved in a range of property matters from the standard residential sales/purchases through to the more complex transactions involving vineyards, share farming agreements and family farm stamp duty exemptions.
Chantelle subsequently moved into legal work involving Wills and Estates.
She jointed Scammell & Co. in early 2015 and is based mostly in our Gawler office.
Chantelle has participated in presentations to community groups throughout the northern region, educating the community on the importance of estate planning. This provides the community with the opportunity to ask questions about estate planning.
Important to her is always being accommodating to her clients’ needs, including visits to nursing homes, hospitals and residences showing empathy and compassion to her clients in difficult situations.
Having lived and worked in northern Adelaide throughout her lifetime, Chantelle has local knowledge and experience, making her relatable to her clients in the local community.
