

Graeme joined Scammell & Co. in 1963 and was Managing Partner from 1987 until 2023. He has extensive experience in commercial and estate litigation in the District and Supreme Courts, has participated in several property developments and is also a Notary Public (International Documents).
He earned a Certificate of Laws from the University of Adelaide.


Ada is the Principal of Scammell & Co. where she leads with a commitment to upholding and developing the firm's established reputation for excellence in the law.
Ada began her legal career as in-house counsel at the University of South Australia. She moved into private practice and joined Scammell & Co. in 2012 as part of the well established and highly regarded Wills and Estates team. With a strong academic foundation and a practical client-focused approach, her dedication and leadership were rewarded in 2023 when she was appointed Principal of the firm.
Ada holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Bachelor of Arts, and Bachelor of Laws with Honours. She is well known for her skills as an effective communicator, strategic thinker, and working to ensure practical solutions for clients.


Darren began his legal career with Scammell & Co. in 1987 before working as a solicitor with the London Borough of Greenwich, UK briefing Counsel and appearing in the Royal Courts of Justice and as Counsel in the County Court, London. He has worked in various areas of law and in multiple jurisdictions, predominantly in the areas of personal injury and criminal law.
Darren earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the South Australian Institute of Technology and is certified and registered to appear in the High Court of Australia.


Anthony was admitted to practice law in South Australia in 2015 and joined Scammell & Co. in 2021.
Anthony has earned a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of International Relations and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.


Tina joined Scammell & Co. in 2018 and as Senior Associate heads up the firm’s wills and estates division.
With a background of running litigious matters in the District Court, Tina appreciates the value of resolving matters for her clients as efficiently as possible.
Tina has earned a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Psychology), a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.


Kylie was admitted to practice law in South Australia in 2017. As well as her admission as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of South Australia, she has also been admitted to the High Court of Australia. She practised in several areas prior to focussing on family and criminal law.
Kylie has earned a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice LLB/LP from Flinders University.


Hannah was admitted to practice law in South Australia in 2019 and joined Scammell & Co. in May 2024.
She earned a Bachelor of Laws and Legal practice.


Delaini was admitted to practice law in South Australia in 2024 and worked at Scammell & Co for two years prior to her admission. During that time, she worked primarily on wills and estate matters.
Delaini earned a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Hons) and a Bachelor of Criminology from Flinders University.


Erwin joined Scammell & Co. in July 2025 and has previously worked in overseas property management.
He earned a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 and a GDLP in 2019, and was admitted to the Supreme Court in the same year.


Prior to joining Scammell & Co. in 2025, Emily spent four years with Honens Registered Conveyancers. She has completed an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing and has built a strong foundation in the industry over the past five years. She provides expert guidance across a wide range of property transactions.


Celeste was admitted to practice law in 2024 and joined Scammell & Co. in 2025. Prior to this, she worked as a Junior Solicitor at DRAS Legal. She has worked extensively in family law, disability rights, and criminal law, advocating for clients navigating Centrelink, NDIS, and SACAT matters.
She earned a Bachelor of Laws from Charles Darwin University and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law SA in 2024.

Prior to being admitted to practice law in South Australia in 2016, Gareth worked as a law clerk in a debt collection practice. Following admission, he worked for the Legal Services Commission of South Australia providing general legal advice and then specialising in Consumer Law and Consumer Credit Law.
Gareth earned a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University.

Dina was admitted to practice law in South Australia in 2020. She previously worked in a community legal centre and in private practice where she focussed on personal injury, wills and estates, employment law and youth criminal law.
Dina earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from the University of Adelaide, Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of South Australia and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
