Office Protocols in Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

APRIL 2022 (until further notice)

In accordance with the relaxation of Government SA Covid-19 related mandates, the wearing of masks, checking-in using the QR code or manual form-fill, and showing proof of vaccination status, is no longer required when visiting one of our offices.

As always, the health and wellbeing of Scammell & Co staff and clients remains our top priority. To reduce the chance of Covid-19 transmission in our workplaces:

  • Please continue to exercise cough/sneeze etiquette.
  • If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms please consider postponing your appointment, get a Covid test, and isolate until you receive a negative test result.
  • Hand sanitiser is available for all visitors upon arrival.
  • Hard surfaces and touch-points are disinfected regularly.

During any mandatory lockdown periods, Scammell & Co will pivot its day-to-day business operations exclusively to an online and remote business model, to ensure continuity of our services to the best of our ability. This means our solicitors and essential support staff will be available to assist clients and suppliers wherever possible, during this period. Please note that other service-providers whom we engage with or utilise may also be affected during lockdowns. Contact us to clarify if or how your matter may be affected.
