The Childhood Cancer Association is one of Australia’s key childhood cancer organisations providing practical, hands-on support for children with cancer, and their families.
UnitingSA was established in 1919 and provides housing, aged care and community services to support people across regional and metropolitan South Australia. More than 1000 employees and volunteers deliver high quality services to people from diverse backgrounds to realise UnitingSA’s vision of a compassionate, respectful and just community in which all people participate and flourish.
Rotary International is a non-political, non-religious and inclusive humanitarian service organisation whose aims focus on advancing goodwill and peace. The Rotary Club of Walkerville uses funds raised from the Walkerville Art Show to support projects such as native tree propagation and revegetation; concerts for senior citizens; the End Polio Now initiative; and youth education/leadership programmes.
Walkerville Bowling Club was established in 1917 during the turbulent years of the First World War. Since its earliest days the traditional grassy greens and clubhouse have formed the centrepiece of the club’s facilities, providing a convivial environment for both social and competitive members and guests.

The Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA) is the leading representative body for the urban development industry which includes all organisations involved in creating homes for our current and future communities. Our purpose is to represent the views, wants and needs of these organisations and of their customers who are everyday South Australian housing owners, aspiring homebuyers, renters and our most vulnerable residents including those eligible for social and affordable housing.

Scammell & Co are sponsors of the Semaphore Bowling Club for 2023.
Founded in 1904 the club has established a long and proud history of providing the Adelaide north-west community with an outstanding sport and recreation facility.
The club boasts three immaculate bowling greens which are well utilised by the club’s 120 members and hundreds of visiting players engaged in seasonal pennant competitions. Additionally, the wider community participate in the club’s popular social bowls programmes and the club house also serves as a function centre.

Variety is a charity supporting over 75,000 Aussie children who are sick, disadvantaged, or live with special needs. Each year Variety put on a major fundraising event – a madcap 2,410 km car rally around South Australia known as the ‘Bash’. Last year the event provided over $2.8m through 135 grants, which positively impacted nearly 30,000 kids. Scammell & Co are major sponsors of #Car500 – named ‘Where’s Wally?’ This year the team, including Scammell & Co solicitor, Anthony Barilla, have raised $30K. The event runs from 13-20 August.

This year, BBBfm celebrates 25 years of around-the-clock broadcasting, and given the station is run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers, this special milestone is a remarkable achievement.
